Machine and plant operator coating (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Independent operation of the paint shop as well as carrying out preparatory and follow-up work
• Ensuring an even spray pattern & clean transitions with multiple colours
• Setting up, adjusting and operating machines and robots
• Ensuring system availability in accordance with the production plan
• Carrying out quality checks and ensuring compliance with all quality specifications
• Carrying out regular maintenance & cleaning work to ensure the smooth operation of the coating system
• Assisting with process optimisation

Your qualifications:

• Completed vocational training; relevant work experience is an advantage
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Quality awareness
• Ability to work independently and autonomously
• Good IT user skills (MS Office, ERP systems)
• Friendly communication, ability to work in a team, independent working style)
