We are looking for: Customer Service Employee(m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Customer communication
- Inquiry and order processing
- Invoicing
- Supporting the product development process
- Close coordination with the production and quality departments
Your qualifications:
- Completed commercial training; professional experience in customer service is an advantage
- Good IT user skills (MS Office, ERP systems)
- Good knowledge of English
- Knowledge of French is an advantage
- Friendly communication, ability to work in a team, independent way of working
